Terms of Service

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions. NOT AGREEING TO THESE TERMS WILL FORFEIT YOUR SLOT.

WILL DO:
- OC
- OC x Canon
- BL/GL/NL ok
- Character Fanart
- BackgroundsWILL NOT DO:
- NSFW / R18+
- Mecha
- Description based characters (Characters must have picture references)

The artist reserves the right to:
- Decline, cancel, and refund a commission request at any time for any reason.
- Retain all copyrights over commissioned artwork.
- Post and publish commissioned artwork and/or its WIPs online/in my portfolio.Clients may or may not:
- MAY upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- MAY NOT profit from the commissioned artwork
- MAY NOT use the commissioned artwork and sell it as NFT.
- MAY NOT use commissioned artwork for AI purposes.COMMISSION PROCESS DETAILS
- Contact me through Twitter DM or Discord. Please send references and other details as much as you like.
- Revisions will be accepted during sketching phase, lineart phase. (maximum 3 revisions per phase)
- Turn-around time will range from 2-6 weeks and may be delayed due to the complexity of the piece or personal issues ( I will inform beforehand!)
- Finished piece will be sent as a PNG and JPEG file through a Google Drive Link. Please download the files within a month.

Payment details:
- Clients can opt to pay 50% after the sketch and 50% before receiving the final artwork, or pay 100% upfront.
- I will not send the final piece unless payment is already done.
- I will use PAYPAL and WISE for international clients and BCA/ JENIUS/ BTPN for Indonesian clients.
- For PAYPAL payments, I will send an invoice.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Rates and terms of service are only for PERSONAL commissioned artworks. For commercial rates, please send an inquiry for further discussion.
- Rates listed are BASE PRICES. Additional fees will be charged for complex and/or rushed commission requests.
